Today it’s back to school. Boo! I’m not ready for these summer days to end…

Love my tan trio and our never ending pool days! It was a fantastic summer and I know it’s going to be a fantastic school year! Onward and upward!

We picked Spencer from Falling Creek Friday and I was so excited to give this kid a huge hug!! He had the very best time and is ready to go back next year. He made new friends – specifically James, Guy, and Teddy – loved archery, did horseback, climbing, football, basketball and tennis and so much more! Only downside – he got stung by a wasp, twice! Ouch! He signed up for a rock climbing adventure that got rained out and turned into a cool waterfall adventure. He learned how to fold socks and that he likes cereal and syrup! ha! Overall this kid gained independence and had incredible experiences – can’t ask for much more out of two weeks of camp!

I missed this kid and am so happy to have him home!

Today is the very last day of summer and I am so sad! I’m not ready for these days to end!
Outside of the pool, we’ve all had fun with friends this summer…

Of course we loved getting to play with our favorite friend, GJ. Lots and lots and lots of Guess Who?!

Robert even got to have some fun with friends at two Phish shows!

And, yes, I had fun with friends too – lots of fun! I took an epic trip which I will recap eventually. Samantha was pretty excited for me to be gone…

ha! A fun summer with lots of friends – can’t beat it!!
Summertime summertime sum sum summertime, summertiiiiiiime! We’ve been thoroughly enjoying these last few weeks of summer at the pool as much as possible!!

Ah, sweet summer. Too bad it all ends next week. School starts on Tuesday. Boo. But, we’ve got to go pick this guy up first and I can’t wait to give him a big hug!

We love summer!
Maxwell played in the Junior Club Championship last week and, despite the scorching temps, played great!

He ended day one tied for 2nd place! Woohoo! After day two he finished the tournament in 4th place so, no medal for him. But he had a fun time with his friends!

Who needs a medal when you’ve got a cookie! ha!

Proud of my golfer!
