Y’all…this week has been a doozy. This was my last week of maternity leave and it did not disappoint! Lots of exciting things going on around here! For starters? Spencer learned to use the potty!! Go Spencer go! I just decided he was ready and went for it as I knew that this would be my last week to fully focus on him all day long. While the first day was completely exhausting for all….
he’s actually done GREAT! (with the help of a lot of M&Ms of course!) While I know he’ll have accidents and it’s still a long process, I’m honestly so happy to have the big hump behind us. He’s super proud of himself…
plus, he looks pretty cute in his big boy underwear! 🙂
Other exciting things around here? New toys for Samantha…
a breakfast date with my 3 favorite people while Robert was out of town…
Side note shocker – my picky eater actually liked my oatmeal more than his pancakes!
and beautiful weather to play outside!
We also had a playdate where Samantha got to see her buddy Sam again!
Mostly, we’ve just been doing plenty of hanging out and loving on each other.
Man, I’m gonna miss these babies when I’m back at work. 🙁
