Wednesday afternoon we were enjoying the beautiful weather and playing an exciting game of Battle on the mini picnic table outside…
Samantha kept crawling up on the table and I kept taking her back down. She crawled up a 4th time and, before I could even get to to her, BOOM. She fell head first onto the bricks. She screamed, I flipped out, and her head swelled! This big giant knot grew on on her head in less than a minute!
Poor, poor baby! I called the pediatrician and, after running through a checklist, decided she was fine.
By the next morning, her head was still a little swollen but she was back to normal. Thank goodness.
We’re looking forward to a fun long weekend ahead – hopefully with no broken bones, head bumps, or other injuries!!
