Please note my wrapped ankle in the bottom right. About a month ago I stepped in a fire ant mound and it has been one of the most painful, terrible things I’ve ever endured. I had 50+ bites around my ankle that caused my ankle to swell about 2x its size and then all the bites turned into terrible blisters. I am still dealing with the bites and am hoping my leg isn’t scarred for life. On top of that, I also had poison ivy all over my ankle, leg, arms, and wrists!! I think I should be banned from yard work forever…

The after effects of your yard work have been horrific! It did add to an interesting summer!
I really feel for you! I have had my share of ant bites and poison ivy from yard work over the years and it’s not fun! I finally said that’s enough!!
