Yesterday was a muggy, stormy, bad weather day. Not good for strolling…but perfect for a trip to the mall to ride the carousel! Supernanny Susan loaded Maxwell into the car and took him out for a little carousel ride. Fun fun!
They had a big decision to make…which animal to ride? They decided to go with the giraffe, just like Maxwell’s much loved Sophie! Susan said the giraffe didn’t go up and down and Maxwell kept eyeing the horses that did go up and down so they might have to saddle up to a horse next time! 🙂
Luckily Susan had her camera with her and took a few pics. Here they are all buckled in and ready to go!
Maxwell even grabbed on to the pole to hold on!
Susan also snapped these pics of Maxwell waking up from his nap all smiles! “Operation Crib Nap” is still a work in progress but we are getting MUCH better! At least he woke up happy yesterday after a little snooze in his bed!
A great rainy day I’d say!

Oh too cute – Maxwell looks so grown up on the carousel with his cute Polo shirt on! Didn’t know there was a carousel – lucky there are places for Susan to take him on rainy days! Love the big smile when he woke up plus looks as if he may be sleeping on his tummy now!
Fun! Fun! Fun! He’ll be crawling and walking before you know it!
What a great time at the mall. For mom’s nerves I hope we’ve turned a corner on these crib naps.
