What a season for this awesome group of 5th grade boys!!
Football sure is fun when you’re on the winning team!! The Raiders won won won and ended up as regular season champs with only one loss! Maxwell did his part as cornerback on defense making tackles left and right!
He also had at least 3 interceptions which were so exciting!
Of course, being on the team with some of your best buds is the best part!
The Raiders narrowly beat the Bill 7-6 in the final game of the season securing their place as Regular Season Champs!
They got a bye in the first round of the playoffs and then took on the Cowboys in the second round.
Maxwell played fantastic with some big tackles and had a huge interception that really turned the tide of the game! Woohoo!! The Raiders won and secured their spot in the Super Bowl!! There were plenty of celebrations after – including their season champ trophies!
I’m so proud of my Raider and I sure do love to watch him play!
