We made the drive to NC again to drop Spencer off for two weeks of fun at Falling Creek!!
He wasn’t nervous at all and I know he’s going to have the best time. Can’t wait to see some pictures!!
Swim meet
Even more swim meets! We’ve practically turned into fish this summer. Last week the kids had a meet in Vestavia and did great. It was raining and delayed but they got it in, thank goodness!

We then had our final regular season meet at home on Tuesday. I was out of town but Susan earned her swim mom badge and got the crew there!

birthday celebration
One of my good friends turned 40 last week and had the most fun celebration! It started with a full morning of tennis – can’t beat that!. We did an hour and a half of cardio with Barry and then did a little round robin tournament for prizes. We didn’t tell the birthday girl and all wore black to mourn the passing of her youth! ha!
Of course it was followed by a super long and entertaining lunch!!
Really thankful for all the fun and friends that tennis has brought to me!
She then had a big party that Friday night. White attire only!!

We stayed out way too late and had way too much fun but it was totally worth it! A super fun night celebrating a great friend!!
