More tennis
Maxwell has started doing team tennis at the club and had his first match on Sunday! He did so great and brought home two wins!! His first doubles match was with Robert and they played so well!
He then played a doubles match with Clara and learned a lot about playing with challenging opponents. ha! One of the kids on the other team was quite a character! Maxwell held his own though and didn’t let it rattle him.
I was so proud of my tennis player! Cannot wait to watch him play more! I’m also playing team tennis right now and am on a roll – haven’t lost a match yet! Woohoo! Hopefully a winning season ahead for me and Maxwell! I also love getting to win cardio tennis now and then still…

It’s been a long time since we put on our Sunday best but it sure is nice to see them looking sharp!

Queen Samantha
Samantha earned enough stars and smiley faces at school to be Queen for the day!! She was pretty excited the morning…
and even more excited after school!
Whatever the queen wants, the queen gets…especially chocolate chocolate chip ice cream!

I know it’s Monday but our Friday was the most fun so thank goodness for it! This weekend weather was just as perfect as it gets! We started Friday with an early dismissal for the Homecoming parade which was really fun even though Samantha was sorely disappointed that there was no candy being thrown! ha!
We then hit up the library for some new books to read this week.
Then that night the boys headed to the football game where MB unfortunately got whooped losing 52-0! Yikes! They still had fun though. Samantha and I stayed home and watched the new Cinderella. Pretty sure we had more fun! Can’t beat that for a Fun Friday!
