On pickup day I was the first parent to get to his cabin and I think this kid was really, really happy to see me. I know I was really, really happy to see him!
We waved goodbye to Cabin 26 and headed down the hill…
and back to Birmingham!
Spencer may not be the ultimate camp kid but he had a fun time and made the most of it and I’m so proud of him! Now it’s time for back to school!
I am also very proud of him!
I think he may have grown an inch or so. I hope he enjoyed camp and learned a lot. There’s no place like home.
Way to go Spence! Nothing like new experiences to appreciate home!
