Whenever BBB decides to finally make his arrival, he’s going to have a very cute nursery to come home to! My mom and I had so much fun picking out all the fabrics and getting it all put together. All the fabrics are Serena & Lily if you’re curious. Everything is white, navy and apple green and I just love how crisp and clean it looks!
Here’s the view as you walk in the door. The middle of the cornice board over the window actually has his monogram on it but we’re keeping that covered up for just a little bit longer! 🙂 It looks really good though – it’s a diamond shaped monogram in green. I’ll post another picture once he’s home.
The glider chair and ottoman is awesome and super comfortable!
A little close-up of the fabric. Love the swiss dots on both the white and navy fabric! He has 2 other crib sheets too – one with a green geometric print and one with green stars. I love stars.
The cute paintings done especially for BBB! The artist even matched the backgrounds to the fabrics in the nursery!
Here’s his great bassinet that he’ll sleep in while in our room for the first few days…or weeks. We’ll see!
He’s got plenty of nursery friends ready to meet him!!

How lucky were we to find the mirror and green side table when we were in Arkansas for Amy’s wedding! The coat of arms from Robert’s grandmother’s house is a wonderful addition. Love love the train painting as does Daddy but you know how he loves trains!

The geneaologist in me gravitated to the coat of arms, the seamstress to the wonderful fabrics pieces and colors, the wannabe artist to the art, the reader to the books: HEY, maybe you’re really moving ME in!! Just kidding… BBB will love his bright room! Can’t wait to visit him there.

Ok Steph, I’m finally back from Houston and can comment appropriately on your BEAUTIFUL nursery! I expected nothing less than perfection – it looks amazing. BBB is going to love it! (And p.s., part of me wants his name to be something like Bradley Benjamin Brown just so we can all continue to refer to him as BBB!)
