Friday Funday

Samantha’s birthday might have been yesterday, but last week was Friday Funday for her!! She headed to school looking cute…

and was very surprised when I checked her out extra early for a little surprise! She knew she was getting her ears pierced for her 10th birthday but she thought we were going on Saturday. But I thought it would be really fun for her to have them pierced for a special event Friday night so I just let her play a little hooky from school and we headed to Rowan at the Summit!

She was pretty excited…and a little nervous!

About 5 minutes later the pink gems she picked out were in her ears! Hooray!

So happy and so grown up!

While we were there I thought I might as well get in the chair too!

Two for her, one for me! I’ve had my left ear double pierced for a while so got my right one done as well.

Girls are so fun!

After the ear piercing we headed to get her a haircut and blow out for her big date that night!
