Friday Favorite

March 18, 2011

Today’s Friday Favorite really is a FAVORITE!  I think this little monkey is destined to be Maxwell’s prized possession – the one thing we won’t be able to go anywhere without, the friend he’ll need to sleep, and his best little buddy.  I have to thank Supernanny Susan for this too – it was her idea to get one of these pacifier friends.

Maxwell’s monkey is a Pacimal – a stuffed animal with a pacifier attached to it’s head.  It’s great because Maxwell can easily hold onto it and get it back into his mouth when it falls out.  Robert and I have watched him on the monitor many nights scoot around his bed until he finds the monkey and gets it in his mouth.  He LOVES it and it’s a must for nap and night time!  They come with a Soothie pacifier but you can also buy an adaptor to use the other types of pacifiers with it.  There are all different cute animals too.  We named our little monkey Nanner – as in Bananner.  It seemed like a fitting name.

Here’s some pics of Maxwell with Nanner, his best bud…

While the pacifier makes it into his mouth a lot, Nanner’s arms and legs are chewed on quite a bit too!

We love Nanner!!

Have a fantastic weekend!!

Would love to hear from you! 5 Comments

Aw! What a sweet little friend! I’ve been scared to try those cause I’ve heard it can cover the babies noses. But it doesn’t appear to in any of the photos. It is adjustable? We may have to get one for Nate. 🙂 He seems to really love Nanners! Too cute!

Nanner is the fourth member of our family. We would be very exhausted parents without him. Hope Nanner’s willing to make room for Maxwell’s new cow Pacimal, Mr. Moo!
