On Friday I picked Spencer up from two week camp at Falling Creek! He had a really good time…not a great time…but a really good time. This year he had a good buddy from home in his cabin, Harrison, and also a friend from camp last year, James. He played lots of basketball, made some cool things in blacksmithing and pottery, and even took up pickleball! He had a fun cabin with all really chill boys and excellent counselors! All around a big win!! He didn’t like the food and he got a little bored by the end of the two weeks but he’s still glad he went.

Learning to adapt on your own and learning to entertain yourself is part of growing up. I’m glad that he had a good camp, he is deciding his likes and dislikes.
