But your most important hat is the one you’ve only been wearing for 9.5 months.  You’d never know you’re new to the job.  You’re a natural – evidenced by the fact that Maxwell’s eyes light up and his dimples come out in full force when you come home from work.  We’re all lucky to have you and are grateful for all the hats you wear to take care of us.
