For Easter, GJ sent the boys these chalk “paints”. It’s basically chalk powder in a bottle with a sponge top and you add water to it to make it like paint. They ended up being AWESOME. Look at the cool art Maxwell drew on our driveway!
Phase 1 complete!
He did all of that himself except for the head. I drew the circle for the head as he was still figuring out how to hold the paints. Once he got the hang of it, he didn’t need me for anything! He then decided it needed to be all orange!
And every artist has to sign their work!
Ta da!
Spencer had fun with them too…
We ended up with quite a colorful driveway full of cats…
a fox…
and even a “Maxwell loves Momma” sign!
Maxwell ended up writing his name again above the tiger and then had me write Spencer and Samantha’s names…
The paints were super fun. My mom got them at Target but they are now sold out. Luckily I found some more on Amazon so bought more for us and several for birthday presents! Perfect! Love my little artist!
Summer fun!
Wonderful gift and art!!
Very impressive artwork! Glad the paints worked so well and that the boys had so much fun with them!
Grrrrrr
Omg, SO adorable!!!! Although I’m super shocked that Maxwell drew a tiger. That’s so uncharacteristic of him! π He’s seriously such a talented little artist!!!! Love y’all!
Wow! Maxwell has some talent!! I’m going to order some of these chalk paint pens. ..looks like lots of fun!
