We seem to be mostly back up and running – though no one can leave a comment (working on that) and I did lose last week’s posts. So, we’re going to recreate them this week!
Samantha and Robert went to the Dad Daughter dance and they looked about as good as anybody could!

The party was Barbie themed and Robert said he got a dance or two in but Samantha mostly hit up the dance floor with her buddies.

Having a few technical difficulties around here! The site went down because of a hosting issue on Friday and then I added more security but now something isn’t quite connecting right. Hopefully you can see this and hopefully it will all be fixed soon!

Samantha had her tonsils out last Tuesday and all went well.
Home and pretty doped up! ha!
Recovery was pretty “by the books”…she felt better by about day 3 and then took a turn around and stayed pretty miserable until about day 8. We managed it all with round the clock Tylenol/Motrin and some of the prescription pain meds at night when needed. Of course, ice cream and popsicles helped too!
She finally went back to school on Wednesday of this week and seems to be almost back to normal – just with a squeaky voice!
We are very glad to have it all behind us and to be rid of those “big yucky tonsils”!!
