We’ve been celebrating Valentine’s Day early around here! The kids had their class parties yesterday and took some super cute Valentines to school.
Just so I remember, I also did a Target gift card for their teachers.
They came home with all sorts of candy, goodies, and cute crafts!

As I mentioned a few weeks ago, both boys entered a photograph in the school Expression Art Contest this year. I have mixed feelings about the contest after what happened to Maxwell in Kindergarten (really, how hard would it have been to call me to come up there and trim 2 inches off?!) but, I definitely wanted to encourage them to participate. We had time to kill with an underwater camera and my iPhone in Naples so I printed out some of the photos they took and we entered them. I’m glad we did! Both of these boys won first place in their age division!

Samantha had her Grandparent Valentine Art Show and Program at school last week and it was as cute as can be! Spencer did this in 2018 and 2017. Samantha looked adorable, as always. 💗
Samantha did a great job standing up on stage nicely and “singing” her songs! 🙂
Even if she did get crowded out by the girl next to her who kept standing sideways the entire program! ha!
She sure was happy to see LouLou and Granddaddy when the program was over! Big thanks to them for making the trip up!
She was also happy to get a cookie after the program! 🙂

This 4 year old is getting celebrated lots! We had a BIG celebration last weekend with a very special trip to WDW! It was just the girls and SO much fun…even if we did learn that Samantha does NOT want to dress like a princess! Lots more to come on that.
Susan spoiled Samantha with four presents for four years! She’s the best!
We celebrated at home with Olexa’s cupcakes…
and a few presents including new leotards for gymnastics and a Poopsie Slime Surprise which she has seen on tv and asked for about 100 times! ha! She also got a Calico Critters set from Nate and Delaney. yay!
She then took treats to school to celebrate yesterday. We were doing iced cookies but the snow day (that turned into a no snow day!) messed that up so we’re saving the cookies for her party this weekend. Cake pops were a hit though!
