My little monkeys had fun on the playground yesterday. Maxwell proved his real monkey status by going back and forth on these rings about 10 times! I was so impressed…and I think he was too! 🙂
Spencer was doing his own fair share of climbing around…
and so was baby. Though she couldn’t quite figure out how to get up that ladder!

Maxwell had his first t-ball game on Saturday and we all had a BALL! 🙂 We got really lucky with the weather. It was nice and warm and the rain held off until about 15 minutes after our game ended! The boys were excited to get their official jerseys and hats…
and then it was time to warm up!
The game was cute – they did 3 innings with no outs. So, each kid got to hit 3 times and run all the bases. I think the funniest part is just watching them all try to run in those heavy batting helmets! Maxwell played first base, short stop, and 3rd base.
But, obviously, his favorite part was hitting and running!
Samantha and Spencer did pretty good during the game…despite both of them playing with a live worm and Samantha eating a large wad of dirt.
Spencer was pretty happy when he got to go with Dad over to the team bench!
Overall, I’d say it was a great start to Maxwell’s baseball career!

T-ball practice on Monday was about as perfect as it could be. Blue skies, sunshine, 72 degrees! Wish every practice could be like this!
