Most days before school I make the kids stand on the stairs so I can take their picture. I don’t know why…they’re just so cute I can’t help myself! Most days I just get the Bobbsey twins as Maxwell has already left for school…
But every once in a while I get all 3!

My friend just opened a new fitness studio in town and they have a kids tumbling and yoga class the boys have been to. Maxwell’s getting pretty good at his cartwheel but I think his shavasana needs a little work! ha!

Maxwell is playing baseball this year and, man, once you get to first grade ball they aren’t messing around! It’s not uncommon to have either a practice or game 4 nights a week and sometimes as late as 7pm! Luckily, Maxwell seems to be enjoying it and loves to play! Up to bat at one of his first practices…
He’s on the Pirates this year and they look pretty sharp in their yellow and black…they also look a bit like bumblebees but don’t tell him that! 😉
Maxwell is right in the middle on his team – not the best (those boys played All Stars and fall ball!) and definitely not the worst. He’s been a little frustrated with his batting and has struck out a few times. But, he’s gotten better each game and I know he’s going to keep improving if he works at it. He has all the steps – just needs to put them together in that swing!
It’s big time now and they keep score and are playing for the championship! The Pirates are doing good so far – we’ll see how the season ends up!
I also have to hand it to these baseball fans – they’ve been really good sports…and really enjoy the cherry icees from the concession stand!
If you’re looking for us the next few weeks, we’ll probably be at the ball field!

We got our pearly whites cleaned! With movies to watch and iPads to play with, going to the dentist is pretty fun for these 3!
Everyone was so well behaved – no complaining all! And all 3 got a great report from the dentist (though we really need to be flossing. ugh). Hooray for great dentist reports!
As I mentioned yesterday, Samantha LOOOOOVES her new room! In fact, we all LOOOOVE her new room! All 5 of us ended up in there the other night at bedtime and it was just so nice…
Of course there was a mermaid costume…with a pink sword. Of course.
It’s so crisp and clean and pink! A happy space for my happy girl – and her brothers!
