9 months old and I don’t see how it can get any better. This squeezable, giggly little baby just lights up my day, every day. He’s the sweetest baby.
Spencer at 9 months…
Maxwell at 9 months…
Spencer is definitely bigger than Maxwell was at this age…but they are both just as cute as can be!
His little disposition is set to happy all the time! He’s becoming quite the people person too! If you put him down and leave the room, he’ll just crawl to wherever you are and follow you around the house. If you’re sitting on the floor with him, he’ll crawl right up into your lap. He definitely likes to be loved on! His belly laughs are the best – and he’s pretty easy to get going too! Maxwell can get him laughing with the silliest little thing!
He’s still taking 2 naps a day – around 9am and around 2pm. He sleeps every night hugging the bumper. He gets his orange paci in his mouth and wraps one arm up around the bumper and he’s out! He’s nursing 4 times a day and eating baby food and some finger foods 2 times a day. He’s definitely getting good at feeding himself. I’ve stuck mostly to puffs and yogurt melts so far but have tried some banana and strawberries. I think we’ll be experimenting with more finger foods this month for sure.

He’s starting to learn some new tricks like waving bye-bye. Patty cake is on the horizon! His hands are in his mouth a lot…as are pretty much all toys! He’s a crawling machine and is up on all fours as soon as we put him on the floor. He can get anywhere fast and loves to crawl over and pull up the vents in the floor! He also loves to crawl over to whatever toy Maxwell is playing with…and he’s not always welcomed by Maxwell! 🙂

He’s always up and going! Changing his diaper is an adventure!!
