Oh Monday…it seems the sun is shining a little brighter, the birds are singing a little louder, and all is right in the world! Or maybe it’s just me and the high I’m still on from this sweet baby girl! 🙂
I have a bunch of photos to go through from the hospital but haven’t had time to do that yet so here’s a few from the weekend…
The boys (and I love that I can now say “the boys” and “the girls” when referring to our family! Samantha and I will happily be a girl team of 2!) went to a birthday party for John at the airplane museum on Saturday morning. Fun!
They especially loved the aviators that came in the party favor bags!
While they were gone, I ventured out to Target with Samantha. Her first of many Target trips for sure!
It was a beautiful, warm afternoon so we enjoyed a little fresh air…
until my awesome friend Lyndsay arrived from Nashville!! yay!
We had so much fun catching up and, because Robert’s the best, I even managed to sneak away for a quick dinner with her! I love this picture Lynds took – check out Spencer in the background sans shirt after a messy dinner! ha!
Lynds came armed with sweet gifts to get my little girl looking like a little girl! Bring on the pink!!
Have I mentioned yet that Samantha might be a genius? No? Well, check this out…
4 days old and holding up her own paci. Genius.
It was a great weekend with all of us just loving having baby sister at home!!
