While I wanted a photo of the 3 of us for the front of our card, I also wanted to take a cute picture of Maxwell in his Christmas hat for the back of our card. So, one morning I pulled out the camera and snapped away. It all went a little something like this…
Hi Momma! a photoshoot for the Christmas card?! Alright!
Since it’s for the Christmas card, I’ll sing carols while you snap away. Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells…
Jingle all the way…
Uh oh. I think I pulled a Lou Lou in that last one and closed my eyes. Let’s try again. Cheese!!
Geez Momma. That would have been a great one if only you knew how to focus the camera! I’ve got an idea – let’s try something different like this…
Oh come on…are you suuuuure sticking my tongue out doesn’t look cute?
How about spit bubbles then?
Aw, come on! No spit bubbles either?
You’re no fun, Momma. I give up.
Despite all of Maxwell’s hijinks, I did get a cute picture that made it to the back of our Christmas card. If you haven’t seen it, check back here on Friday!
So so cute! Can’t wait to see the card but love seeing all of these outtakes!
Dad here, posting under GJ today. Glad to say this important component of the X-mas cards finally made it, no thanks to Minted, but it will be a great touch to the back. Merry X-mas everyone!
What no spit bubbles? Aw man….
🙂 Such a cutie!
One of my favorite posts.
Maxwell is a gorgeous ham for the camera, but I think his mom should get equal billing for the extremely creative way she can pair her own adorable photos with perfectly charming captions. Jan and Steve have 4 such talented AND witty young adults. AND beautiful grands. The 6-soon-7 of you make waking up so much fun!
Merry Christmas to all. We’ll miss seeing you.
precious! Love them all! I’m glad to catch up-i’ve been swamped at work and have missed out lately! Merry Christmas!
