I meant to post this yesterday but better late than never! We had a wonderful 5th grade Veterans Day program at school last week and were so proud to honor our veterans in the slideshow:

John Beard Keath, Flight Lieutenant in the Army Air Corp (discharged in 1945). Great Grandfather to Maxwell, Spencer and Samantha Brown.
John Watt Keath, Sergeant in the Air Force (discharged in 1973). Great Uncle to Maxwell, Spencer and Samantha Brown.
This program continues to be my very favorite one that the school does. It is so meaningful and patriotic! Samantha did an excellent job in her speaking part…
and the whole grade put on a wonderful show!
It was a beautiful day to celebrate our Veterans and some pretty cute 5th graders!
Proud to be an American!
We are all proud Americans and proud of our ancestors! They helped make this country great!
