I got to spend the morning at Maxwell’s school on Wednesday for the annual “Street Party”. It’s kind of like a field day with games, bounce houses and a special concert. I just love any reason to see Maxwell in his element playing with all of his friends! I had bounce house duty for the babies and 2 year old classes (Maxwell’s class) which turned out to be not so bad since this is the bounce house they got…
Perfect for the little ones! They weren’t just jumping into each other and knocking themselves over but actually had room to run around and play…
There was even a slide on the inside that they all LOVED! Maxwell did a somersault down it!
They had some other games too – go fish and a duck pond with stamps and tattoos as prizes…
but the bounce house was the big hit! Really the only thing that got them out of the bounce house was popsicles! No surprise there!
Such cute little people…
Being around all of those kids just reminded me how AWESOME my kid is and how lucky I am to have him!
Now, I hope you all have a great weekend. I’m off to do something VERY, VERY fun but am leaving Robert in the safe hands of these two little superheroes…

Field Day at school has always been a favorite – so glad that Maxwell’s school does something like that. Have a fun week-end – your super heroes are in good hands!
