Today is the day I get to see this happy guy again and I am soooo excited!!! I know he’s had the best time at camp but I can’t wait to get him back with me!

We did get our second “mama note” from his counselor…
and even got two more letters in the mail from him!
Oh happy day to see Maxwell again!
After we had so much fun playing mini golf in Naples, we thought we should give it a try in Birmingham too! Last weekend we found a place in town and headed out in the 90 degree heat for 18 holes. I think everyone had fun!
But guess who was the only one to get a hole in one?!
Woohoo! This place also had a big indoor arcade so we let the kids play for a bit in the air conditioning.
A fun outing!
I think these two have been to every single jumpy place in town this past week and also got to go to the zoo!
You know what all that fun does to you?
Yep! Long live summer!!
We are all missing Maxwell a lot and are counting down to the days until we get him…but it sure has been fun to get some quality time in with the Bobbsey Twins!!
I sure do love my blonde hair, blue eyed babies. It’s going to be a great week!
We got another letter from Maxwell last week and he’s having a lot of FUN!
We also got the “momma note” from his counselor which was nice but didn’t tell much except that he was going on an overnight backpacking trip…
I then didn’t see pics of him for two days and started to get worried – but then hit the jackpot when all of the pics from his overnight backpacking trip were posted! Woohoo! It made me so happy to see all of these!!
It’s looking like he’s still having a lot of FUN!
