Over the weekend we took the kids to Kobe for the first time. Some liked the food more than others, but they all liked the show…especially the onion volcano!

Valentine recap
Valentine’s Day was a big hit around here! The kids got lots of candy at their school parties on the 13th, got plenty of treats at home, and even had the day off of school on the 14th! They spent it at the movies! Can’t beat that! A few pics from Samantha’s class party…

Valentine Program
Samantha had her Valentine Art Show up at school last week and it was, unfortunately, a rainy day. So rainy that they had delayed school 2 hours and Lulu and Granddaddy weren’t able to make it up for the program. But, Robert and I got to go see our little sunshine perform.
Samantha and I got there nice and early – gotta get that front row seat!
I can’t say Samantha was particularly animated during the performance. But, she also was up at the doctor the next morning with strep so I’m thinking she wasn’t feeling great. That’s ok though – she still looked cute! 🙂
And her art was adorable!
