Our silly elf was back again this year and up to his old – and some new! – antics!
He brought ornaments like always. This year the ones for the kid were food themed – mac and cheese for Samantha, peanut butter for Spence, and a hot dog for Maxwell! I got a tennis ball (yay!) and Robert got a red bird in homage to our resident window pecker of 2 years, Pecky.

In the few weeks leading up to Christmas, we tried to do some special things despite the strange circumstances this year. One fun thing was going to a movie! Four families rented out a theater and saw Elf…I forgot just how funny that move is!
