More Mother’s Day

Well, I basically had the perfect day on Mother’s Day. Truly! I woke up early and did a long Peloton ride in peace. Then I got lots of sweet homemade – and not homemade! – gifts from my crew. We then went for brunch at the club on the most beautiful spring day! The best part – I got a cute pic of me with the kids! Hooray!!

The kids got to see friends at brunch and everyone was happy to run around outside after eating.

After brunch, I got to play tennis and then I met everyone at the golf course for 9 holes on family fun. And it really was fun!

After that we just stayed for dinner on the patio. Cannot beat a day like that with my very favorite people!

Happy Mother’s Day to the very best of the best! How else do you describe someone who drives 26 hours in a 48 hour time period just to watch two little league games and a soccer game? Yep, the best of the best!!

Ballpark buddies

Throughout the season we were so lucky to have some ballpark buddies for Samantha on our teams! She spent a lot of time getting dirty around the field and loving every second of it! The endless trips to the concession stand didn’t hurt either. I’m gonna go broke on $3 ring pops!!

She had Leslie Hails on Maxwell’s team and I can’t believe I didn’t get one pic of them all season! They were always too busy running around! On Spencer’s team she had both Pearson and Caroline. Love these sweet girls!

We spent a lot of days and nights at the field and I love that everyone can find someway to entertain themselves…even if that is by photobombing!

4th Grade Champs!

The Rays got to play in the finals last Friday night and they came to play!! The team looked great and played some of their best baseball of the season. I have to think it was in large part to the awesome decorations the moms got up! 🙂

Maxwell made the catch of the season during the game. Seriously! It was awesome. One of the other moms said it should be on Top 10 Plays on Sportscenter! I agree! Video here. Check out the balance….
