Our favorite person is a year older today!! Happy birthday GJ! We love you and think you are the very bestest!!!
Cheerleader
Samantha is officially a cheerleader! She’s the smiliest, happiest, cheeriest cheerleader there ever was!
She’s got pom moms and a megaphone and even some real cheerleader shoes! She also has a full uniform but all of the girls’ uniforms hadn’t come in yet so they had these t-shirts made. I think the t-shirts might be cuter than the uniforms!
She’s cheering for the 3rd grade Jets and is a on a squad with all of her besties!
Of course Samantha spent almost as much time upside down as she did right side up! This cheerleader can cartwheel!
It sure is going to be a fun season watching this little girl cheer!
Go Jets! Let’s get a little bit rowdy, R-O-W-D-Y!
Before school
Yesterday Maxwell said “do you take a picture of Samantha every day before school?!” Of course I do. Why would I not when she’s this cute and well dressed!!
She’s my favorite little girl in the world!
Celebrating Maxwell
For Maxwell’s birthday party, he wanted to have a kind of “yes” day…similar to Samantha’s day of fun. I think we accomplished it! His friends all got to our house at noon where we had Shake Shack waiting for lunch.
They watched a little bit of AL football and then we headed to the trampoline park…
They had a blast at Defy and, thankfully, the Tide pulled out a W over Texas while they jumped. We made a quick pit stop for drinks and then it was over to High Point Climbing for some indoor climbing fun.
Next? Dinner at Tecate of course. There was no other option in Maxwell’s mind!!
We then headed to Marble Slab for some ice cream…
and ended the night with a sleepover! Whew.
It was such a fun day and a great group of boys celebrating my favorite 12 year old!!
