Nothing special can sure seem like something special sometimes. After having been away from my buddy for 4 days, I wanted to do nothing more than nothing special with him yesterday afternoon. So, what did we do?
Well, Maxwell watched Sesame Street and ate Cheerios…
He played with a basket full of toys…
and then dumped that basket full of toys onto the floor.
He practiced walking…
hung out in “his spot”…
and got his nose tickled with a feather by Dad.
What did I do?
I kissed and loved on him as much as he would let me.
It sure is good to be home.
There’s no place like home! and nothing like just hanging out at home! Do have to say that the trip to Aspen was terrific though!
Home is where the heart is! I’m sure Maxwell is so happy to have you home. Robert too!
Maxwell was so happy to have you home he didn’t want to nap in the afternoon. No nap = unhappy baby come 6 pm.
