We’ve had some really nice days around here for January which has meant plenty of playing outside! Like her brothers, Samantha has decided she loves to ride the scooters!

She wants to go “fast!”

Of course, I think she needs her own scooter and a helmet that fits! Good thing she has a birthday coming up!  🙂

The boys got new shoes last week…

They liked them…but Baby loved them! and insisted on trying them all on and running around the house saying “FAST!”

She’s since put them on just about every single day…

She’s a mess. and I love her!

By Sunday morning, we were all ready to get out of the house! We decided to venture out to Starbucks and were glad to have a place to go!

You should definitely get cake pops for breakfast when you venture out in the 20 degree weather early in the morning!

That afternoon we even went down to the frozen playground. The kids had fun and we all got a kick out of throwing rocks into the frozen creek and trying to break the ice!

Thankfully no one fell in!

By Monday it was starting to melt away and while Spencer and Samantha still didn’t have school, Maxwell just had a delayed start until 11:00am. Hard to believe one week later we were outside in short sleeves! Crazy AL weather!
