First Day!
Samantha is back to school! Her first day was on Monday and it was a great day! I had a pretty pink dress picked out for her to wear that day but, when I pulled it out of the closet she looked at me and said, “But Momma, purple makes me stay alive!” I mean…how can I argue with that?! Purple it was!
Purple dress, purple bow, purple shoes!
It was a really rainy day but that didn’t dampen the spirit of my little sunshine! She was excited to get to school!
She’s happy to have some friends in her class!

When I picked her up she was full of stories about the new music teacher and the Hershey Kiss she got! A great first day!
A fun visit
Today is a special day. It’s Mrs. Susan’s birthday! Happy Birthday Mrs. Susan!!
Last week we got to go see our cousins and Mrs. Susan! Everyone loved getting to love on baby Greer…
and we especially loved getting to hug on Mrs. Susan!

Meet the Teacher
On Thursday of last week Samantha got to go meet her teacher! She was looking cute as usual with some new sparkly shoes she talked me into at Target!
She’s excited to be in Mrs. Day’s class with lots of sweet little girls that I’m sure will become her BFFs. It was a little overwhelming up there so she was pretty quiet for most of it and gave me a little attitude when trying to get a picture…
but then I did get her to bust out a little smile.
Looking forward to a fun year in 4K!
My little sidekick
Samantha is finally back to school today! We’re both excited but I sure am going to miss my little sidekick. We’ve had so much fun these past 3 weeks since my “retirement” and have made the most of our time together all day every day! We played at the park…
We jumped at Let’s Play…
We also went to the trampoline park!
We’ve been to Target…many times!
We’ve been to our new fall gymnastics class…
We’ve had the most fun playing present and baby dolls at home…
We’ve painted fingernails…with rhinestones! I love my little girly girl.
We’ve scooted to Starbucks in the morning…
and eaten lunch together every day! Nothing better. I’ve so loved getting to be with her every single day and am going to miss her when she’s at school!
