Happy Monday! We’re back in Birmingham and are glad to be home and reunited with Robert! We’re missing Naples though! The day we left we had one final trip to the beach…
one final pool-side lunch…
one final swim at home…
and one final hug!

While down in Naples we were cleaning some stuff out and found a trunk with several of my old dance costumes in it. How cute is this?
My first dance recital costume (minus a few accessories) 38 years later…
Samantha was loving them all and managed to convince me to try them on! Glad those things had a lot of stretch in them! ha!

Finally, my favorite jazz costume of all. I thought it was the coolest. I stand by that opinion.
Note I was 13 and trying real hard to be as cool as that costume…and hide those braces! Jazz hands!

Yesterday we finally headed back to Birmingham after 4.5 weeks of fun!
We sure are going to miss Naples and getting to see GJ and Daddo every day! It was the very best way to take full advantage of this crazy quarantine time. A once in a lifetime summer!

Samantha sunshine got a little too much sunshine on her face!
But it’s doing better now and she’s back to all smiles…with pop bead earrings too!
