Spring
Saturday was the first day of spring and it was a sunshiny and crisp day – perfect for a long walk with my favorite girl! This girl also spotted this Siberian husky and, after getting permission from the owner, just had to go pet “Blue”.
Not gonna lie, I was pretty amazed she wanted to do that! She definitely didn’t get it from me. Ha!
We had a great walk with plenty of discoveries along the way, including some dandelions that she had to make a wish on…
Let’s hope she’s not wishing for a dog!!
Storm prep
As I mentioned, we thankfully didn’t get the really severe weather they were predicting on Wednesday. That doesn’t mean we weren’t prepared though! Samantha had her helmet ready…
and a back up one just in case!
We also made brownies while stuck at home – you can’t be stuck in a storm without treats!
We are thankful no tornadoes came close to us and ready for a fun weekend ahead!
St. Patrick’s Day late
Happy belated St. Patrick’s Day!
We spent the day in our green dodging major storms and avoiding tornadoes! The kids even got out of school early. Thankfully we are all ok!
