The Winter Reading Celebration continued at school last week and both Spencer and Maxwell’s class won the trivia contest for their grade!
Friday was PJ day!
PJs in 5th grade! (No, Maxwell didn’t wear pjs but he took that otter that he got on a zoo field trip last year! ha!)
Spencer didn’t wear pjs, but his teacher did send a picture of him enjoying a good book…

Samantha’s class celebrated the 101st day of school two weeks ago by dressing up as 101 Dalmatians!

This week at school is the Winter Reading Celebration and on Wednesday the kids could dress up as a book character…
Samantha is Gerald from Piggie & Gerald books. The cutest elephant ever!
The boys went the easy route and found a football book to go with a jersey. Hey – it counts!

Samantha received a huge stack of presents at her party! That’s what happens when you invite all the girls in the grade! I was so proud of her for getting all of her thank you notes done in only 1 week! Great job, Samantha.
Here she is the day after her birthday heading to school in her new shirt and new headband!
She also did a nice job polishing off the rest of the cookie dough by that weekend too!
