I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. I thought I’d share some of the photos from our Christmas card session with Peppermint Photography. If you’re back at work today (like me) then hopefully this will provide a little distraction from work and thinking about how not-fun a Wednesday holiday is!
We used Lauren, just like we did the past few years, and she was great as always! We took these pics on November 2 so Maxwell was still in Halloween mode just a bit…

I had a wonderful trip to NY and got home late last night. Back to normal today!
Just some more pics from our time outside…which is where we spend just about every day now that the weather is so nice! Thank goodness for a good backyard! Maxwell finds all sorts of places to build “construction sites” where he loads rocks, dumps dirt and digs sand. He’s also taken an interest in digging into my herb garden lately. Grrrr. We’re down one basil plant and had a talk about not touching momma’s plants!

Spencie had a rough day yesterday and just wasn’t feeling so great. Without going TMI, I think the introduction of all these fruits and veggies was having an adverse effect on his tummy. Hopefully we’re on the up and up now. But, he was needing some extra love yesterday and so I wanted to share these pictures today so he could get a little more love from all of you.
I took these pictures about 3 weeks ago also for my Light + Life class that I mentioned yesterday…
and something about this next picture reminds me of me as a baby…
My mom disagrees though – and I guess she would know! She actually said it reminded her of a picture of Daddo as a baby. Whoever he looks like, he sure is cute!
I was practicing for my Light + Life class on metering and got these shots…
He’s a much more willing model than Maxwell. Mainly because he can’t move yet and doesn’t have a choice! 🙂
