Happy Monday! We had a very cold weekend around here which meant lots of time inside all together. While I heard plenty of “No, no Spencey!” and “aaah! Spencey noooo!” and, my favorite of the weekend, “No! Move over big ole Spence!”, I also got to see plenty of moments like these…
Yep, they may fight like brothers, but Maxwell likes him, he really likes him. Love these two boys!
And last night we ended the cold weekend with the first fire of the season and just a small bit of Christmas decoration…

Friday! Robert’s been out of town all week and gets back tonight and I can’t wait!
When we went to Target earlier this week with GJ, we picked up the Disney DVD Very Merry Christmas Sing Alongs. Basically Disney took a VHS tape, put it on a DVD and charged $10. It’s all old school Disney Christmas cartoons (some of which I totally remember from when I was little) with terrible graphics and a bouncing Mickey head bobbing along the words to all the songs. One song is even being played over the Disney World Christmas parade down Main Street from what must be 1985. In short, it’s AWESOME. The boys have been mesmerized by it all week. Well worth the $10!
And, yes, I’m playing the Christmas DVD already. Susan’s been playing a Christmas CD every day for 2 weeks now! I won’t put the decorations up until after Thanksgiving but you can just go on and call me Stephie the Elf! 🙂
