Overdone

Yep, that’s me. Overdone. After moving and unpacking while 8 months pregnant, I totally overdid it and am now sick as a dog. Luckily it’s not flu so maybe just a little virus or even just extreme exhaustion. And don’t get me started on the heartburn! I’ve seen the doc and am trying to rest and am sure I’ll be back up and running in no time. No fun post for today but enjoy this cool pic of the boys by an awesome Christmas tree the other night…

Is it really only 8 days until Christmas?! I gotta get well!

Wild Animals

This was a couple of months ago but still worth sharing. We went to The Club for family night and they had a guy bringing all sorts of wild animals. Things I learned that night – Maxwell is just like me. Spencer, well, I have no idea who Spencer is like! 🙂

While Maxwell quickly found a spot right next to me far away from the animals, Spencer couldn’t get enough! Checking out a snake…

That pig thing was one of the two animals Maxwell actually touched with the tip of one finger!

Spencer let that same lizard sit on his head!

He also loved the even bigger lizard…

and went crazy for the boa constrictor.

I mean, he was happy as could be with that giant snake in his lap! ha!

I was just glad he was having fun…

because Lord know that’s not going to be happening often as long as I’m around! It was a wild night! 🙂

We moved! We’re worn out, excited, exhausted, and did I mention worn out? Most boxes are unpacked but there is still lots to do. Pictures to come soon! We’re definitely a work in progress.

Today, an update on my big boy smarty pants. Maxwell’s becoming an expert at all of his letters!

Moving Day!

We’ve fought through the flu (Robert), a major cold (Spencer) and a fever virus (Maxwell) in the past week but we made it here – to moving day! Hooray!! Wish us luck!
