They did it! They made it through the school year and they THRIVED!

Tuesday was the last day and I think they were all pretty excited to wrap up the school year and kick off summer!

In the fall and spring we hosted Bible Club for all 3 grades. 5th grade was in GJ’s backyard after school on Mondays. I don’t have any pics from that but it’s a well oiled machine thanks to Frank’s grandmother!

3rd grade boys met at our house before school on Tuesdays and we always had a good turnout. We got dads to do the lesson each week and that worked out really well.

1st grade girls met at our house on Wednesday mornings. Katey, Gina and Fran did a great job all year engaging the girls!

It is fun to host things like this so I get to know the kids’ friends better. Lots of early mornings but it’s worth it!

Today is the last day of school! We did it!! Still have things to wrap up from the last few weeks…

First grade got to go on a field trip to Jones Valley Teaching Farm where they chopped up some veggies and made their own snack! Samantha even said it tasted good! Amazing!

Third grade got to walk to the zoo and check out the animals for half a day. Fun and hot!

Fifth grade presented their country project. I enjoyed learning all about Monkestan!
