Or maybe I should say Ice Day! We got lots of sleet and freezing rain here yesterday with just a little bit of snow mixed in. Pretty much everything in town was closed and Robert, Maxwell and I got to have a snow day at home together! Thanks to computers and telecommuting, Robert and I still had to work during nap time though!

Sleep update! Out of sheer exhaustion Robert and I let Maxwell “cry it out” Saturday night. My sweet boy wailed for 45 minutes – yes, only 45 minutes – and then conked out not waking to eat until 3:30 am! He then went back to sleep until 7 am. I feel like we have our freedom back! We were spending hours each night trying to get him to sleep but no more! A full night’s sleep is the best Christmas present ever!
Speaking of Christmas, the best part of the decorations this year? THREE stockings on the mantle! 🙂
I’m sure Santa is going to fill this stocking full of goodies!

Maxwell heard you only get what you want if you tell Santa directly. So, he climbed up into the lap of our puffy Santa and told him all his Christmas wishes!
