Capturing our adventures one photo at a time...

Well, Christmas can arrive because we’ve been to see the big man and passed on our Christmas gift wishes! My crew was looking holly and jolly…

When we got to The Club, I was taking off everyone’s coats and turned my back for 2 seconds and, next thing I knew, Samantha was up by Santa’s knee getting in the way of someone else’s picture! ha! She was ready to tell him what she wanted I guess! We got her back in line and patiently waited our turn.

When our time came, Maxwell and Spencer got right on up in his lap. He tried to get Samantha up there too but she wasn’t having that! at all! We did convince her to stand in front of him and, poor thing, she looks scared stiff! ha! She definitely lost her jolly!

Oh, that makes me laugh! After we took pictures, Spencer told Santa he wanted a remote controlled shark and Maxwell said he wanted Star Wars Legos and a non-Lego Millenium Falcon. He also tried to tell Santa that Samantha wanted a baby doll! 🙂

Everyone got candy canes and we were on our way! Check check and Ho Ho Ho!

Alright Christmas…we’re ready!!
Like they have done each year, the kids had a birthday party for baby Jesus with Mrs. Susan! There were giant presents…

reading of the Christmas story, cupcakes with a candle…

and LOTS of fun! Susan is always so generous and the kids loved tearing into the gifts….

The boys got some awesome new Star Wars pjs and Samantha got some cute Minnie ones. This chuckle ball provided lots of chuckles from all of them!

The GIANT boxes lived up to their size when Maxwell got a Lego Kylo Ren and Spencer got a remote controlled Hulk!

He has since declared it his “most favorite present ever!” (even if it did make baby scared! ha!)

It is always a Merry Christmas when Mrs. Susan is around!

THANK YOU Susan for ALL that you do!!

You’re the BEST and we all LOVE you so much!
It’s the second year for Gingerbread Elf to show up and he’s been pretty fun and clever! The boys love to see where he is each day and even Samantha loves to find him, point and yell “Elf!”  🙂

As always, my personal favorite…

The 3 cutest elves you’ve ever seen!

Thankfully Gingerbread Elf has had nothing but good reports to take back to Santa each day…mostly!  🙂
Elf adventures last year here.
Holiday happenings around here….
Maxwell had his Christmas program at school last week on Wednesday and Thursday. Sadly, I had to go to San Francisco for work and had to miss it. But, I was able to go to the dress rehearsal on Tuesday and had a front row seat!

Maxwell did great. He stood perfectly still and sang his songs just like he was supposed to. No surprise there!

Thankfully Robert was Super Dad while I was gone and got to the school early to get a good seat for the main event…

He also went to Maxwell’s class Christmas party and took all 3 kids to basketball practice! A HUGE thanks to him and, of course, Mrs. Susan for keeping things running smoothly while I was gone.
Other holiday fun…

Holly Jolly!!
