First, happy 2 months to my baby girl! I’ll get the 2 month photos up soon.
Second, we had some fun visitors this week! Lulu and Granddaddy stopped by earlier this week and we were so glad to see them!

Happy Friday!

Happy Friday!
Just a few more pictures from our week in Naples…

I definitely think a change of scenery and some warm weather did us all good! But, as wonderful as it was to be down there (seriously, when are we going back?!), it was just as wonderful to get back home and see Robert! Nothing like a running, Spencey hug as a greeting!

See you tomorrow!
So, last Sunday, the kids and I hopped a plane down to Naples!

I flew by myself with all 3 kids and it really wasn’t bad at all. Robert was able to go to the gate with us in Birmingham and then we had a direct flight to Tampa where GJ was waiting to load us up into the car to drive to Naples! The boys got an A+ on the trip and Samantha snoozed through her first plane ride! Success!

Once we got to warm, sunshiny Naples, it didn’t take us long to get on our short sleeves and head outside!

We spent a full week down there and managed to fill our days with a good mix of plenty of fun and a whole lot of doing nothing! Perfect! We definitely hit up the beach…

but the boys honestly loved the pool more.

Both boys did a great job swimming. Spencer would stand on the steps and swim to me and then swim over to the ladder, climb out, and do it all again – about 50 times in a row! Maxwell is a bona fide swimmer now and I barely had to help him at all. Our second day out he even took some dive sticks and would dive down to the bottom of the pool to get them. I was SO proud of both of them!
Other exciting outings included a trip to throw money in the fountains…

Skillets for pancakes…

and a visit to the movies! We saw Paddington Bear and, I have to say, it was a really, really cute movie.

Mostly, we just enjoyed doing plenty of this…

and hanging with these people!

As Maxwell said to me one day at the pool, “The water is warm, the music is singing, and everything is just delightful!” I couldn’t have agreed more! Now, when are we going back?!
What a great weekend! What all went down? Well…
Samantha took her first “real bath”…

and looked really, really cute…

and did a little tummy time for the first time!

Also love this pic in black and white that I put on IG…

We had a visit from Lulu and Granddaddy to bring Valentine surprises…

We played tiger…

We opened more Valentine goodies – Batman and TMNJ books!

We played in the playroom (well, the boys did while I got to escape the house ALONE and go to to Target! Best Valentine’s gift ever!)…

We went out to a Valentine lunch where Samantha did her arm exercises in her sleep…

What up?

We enjoyed the beautiful weather in the backyard…

The boys went to church…

and we just had a great weekend all around! Hope you did too! See you tomorrow!
After 3 long nights and 2 days in the hospital, we finally got to bring Samantha home on Thursday! While we were getting ready to hit the road at the hospital…

the boys were at home baking up a treat for Samantha with GJ’s help!

There was a lot of taste-testing involved for sure! Had to make sure it was juuuust right for baby sister!

When we got home, I had to wait in the garage…

until I could bring Samantha in to see her surprise birthday cake! yay!

So much to love about this picture…home with my THREE babies, Spencey’s chocolate mouth, Maxwell’s face in his hands…love.

Even though it was only 10:00 am, we all enjoyed a piece right away because, hey, you only turn 0 once, right?! 🙂

The rest of the day was spent letting everyone hold the baby…

and just getting used to having her around!

My parents and Susu packed up and headed back to Florida the next day but not before we snapped this picture of the 4 generations of GIRLS! Me, Samantha Keath, Jan Keath, and Martha Keath!

Finally, as always, the BIGGEST thank you in the world to the one and only GJ. She’s the one that keeps our ship sailing in the right direction! The boys didn’t miss me one bit because they were so happy and entertained with GJ. Not sure how any of us would make it without her. We love you GJ!

I’m just so happy I could give you another little girl to spoil! You’re welcome. 🙂
A fantastic homecoming indeed!
