Sunday Shower and Soccer
First, happy birthday to Uncle Keath!! Hope it’s a fantastic day in sunny Florida for you!
Second, it was a big day around here on Sunday! I drove down to Montgomery for Mary Beth’s baby shower and, thanks to a cancelled sitter, Samantha got to put on a party dress and go with me! Well, she actually ended up putting on 2 party dresses…the first one didn’t survive the ride down! 🙂
It was a fun day and Samantha and the boys can’t wait to meet their new cousin in October.
Back in Birmingham, Maxwell had his first game of the new soccer season! He’s got the best coach on the field yet again…
He’s the green team this year and combined with his new orange shorts and shoes…he’s looking SHARP! Susan went and watched the game and stood in for me as Maxwell’s main cheerleader. I’m so grateful she was there. It was a fantastic game from what I heard. Maxwell hustled and got after the ball and even scored 3 goals!! woohoo!
