Spencer and Samantha had the best time at Boo Bash at school on Monday! I loved getting to see them having fun with their friends!

Happy Halloween!! The most fun day at school yesterday with costumes, rides and lots of candy! My very own Taylor Swift was ready and had “that red lip classic thing that you like”…
Not to mention a “cat eye sharp enough to kill a man”! She was all decked out in her Taylor Swift Midnights Eras outfit…specifically Taylor Swift singing Karma at the end of the Eras tour…
I’d say we nailed it!
“Best believe she’s still bejeweled, when she walks in the room, she can still make the whole place shimmer!” She couldn’t wait to shimmer all over school!
Spence dressed up in his “costume” too…but, as Maxwell said, “it’s not much of a costume but it is a pretty sick jersey” ha!
Boo Bash pics to come but now we’re off to enjoy Halloween. Don’t get scared because remember, “the monsters turned out to be just trees”….Boo!
Boo Bash is today, Halloween is tomorrow, spooky-ness is all around!! Maxwell got into the spirit last week when he went with the scouts to do some service hours with Camp Smile-A-Mile. I was pretty impressed with what he did with an eye black stick!
On Wednesday we went up to Robert’s office Halloween party. Samantha decided to just be a cat but couldn’t resist the rainbow wig…
Spencer wore his standard “costume”…
Robert and I then played in a Halloween tennis mixer on Thursday. We might have only taken home second place in tennis, but we were definitely the gold medal winners of the night!! Bela Karolyi only produces champions you know….
It’s uncanny… 😉

Boo Bash is at school today and we can’t wait for the main event tomorrow! Happy almost Halloween!

There’s not many things better Spencer’s birthday…he’s just so easy to celebrate! The day started out with doughnuts…of course!
He then had a half day at school. One advantage of a mid-October birthday is you get out early for parent teacher conferences! They got out at noon and his buddies came over for a little party. We had some CFA (with a side of Samantha!)…

basketball…
and some silliness. I love this group of friends he has!
We then headed to Defy for some jumping!
A good time was had by all!
That night we finally got to open presents after Maxwell’s football game…
This kid is the best and I hope he had the very best birthday!!
