Spencer made it to the school spelling bee and I am so proud of him! He was really nervous to stand up in front of all of the people. His face has a tendency to get red when he’s in front of a large crowd and he was not looking forward to the spelling bee. But, he got up there and spoke slowly and clearly for his practice word and his first round word and I was super impressed with his confidence up there!! Go Spencer Go!!
He got out on the word superior – I think nerves got him and he left out the “er” in the middle. No worries though, I still think he’s superior for getting up there at all!!
