Oh how I miss the warm sunshine of Naples right now!  We headed down south on the Saturday after Christmas and had a week of fun in the sun!  We opened presents, rode the trike, played with trucks, and just loved being with GJ, Daddo and Susu!

Spencer spent plenty of quality time in his favorite room in the house – the pantry!  🙂  He was pretty proud of himself for stacking those cans!

We also definitely worked in some pool time…

and some beach time too, of course!

Spencey loved the beach.  He was having a blast eating sand and would have crawled straight into the ocean if I’d let him!

It was a wonderful visit but, like always, too short!

After checking out Santa’s haul and fueling up on pancakes, we drove down to Montgomery on Christmas morning.  Unfortunately, the whole MGM crew wasn’t able to join.  Ronnie came down with the flu so he, Jenny, Katie and Anna were quarantined to their house.  Major bummer.  But, we still had fun with Lulu, Granddad, Mary Beth and Holland!

I was pretty pitiful at taking pictures while over there, mainly because I was trying to chase after Spencer doing this over and over and over!  🙂

He was really fast going up those stairs and had no fear going back down them head first!  goodness gracious, he’s fearless!

It was a fun day and we’re so grateful to have family so close!
