I got to go up for the grandparent event last month and make this cool graphic S with Maxwell!

And then he got to leave school last week to go watch the Spartans play in the semi-finals for the state championship! So fun! and I’m so thankful Patton’s mom was up for taking a crew of boys!!

We took a fun weekend adventure over to Atlanta and had the best time! Santa brought Spencer NBA tickets so the boys had plans to go to the game. Samantha and I tagged along and planned a visit to the American Girl store. Fun all around!

We then drove up to Alpharetta to hit up the American Girl store.

I can’t say the boys were thrilled but this little girl sure was!!

She got Lissa’s hair done, ears pierced, and even got to get a few outfits and treats!

After that we headed back to the hotel and then killed some time at Lennox Mall…

We even saw Cardi B in Neiman Marcus! Can’t beat a good celeb sighting!!

That night, the boys went to see the Atlanta Hawks v. the Portland Trailblazers.

Samantha and I stayed behind, ordered room service, and watched a movie in bed! I’m not sure if the boys or girls had more fun…but I’m pretty sure it was the girls! 🙂

Overall a great trip with my very favorite crew!!

My crew got clean sets of chompers last week! They all got good reports from the dentist and Spencer even found out that his two front teeth are loose! I don’t think he’s stopped wiggling them since!

Since Samantha won’t wear her hair anyway besides a ponytail, we tried to do an extra high ponytail so she could still lay down flat on the chair. I think it was a success!

The dentist even complimented them on how well behaved they were and said was a treat it was to have kids like them come in! A momma sure loves to hear that! Always happy for good dentist reports!

Sliding door life

A few weeks ago I got rear-ended. The kids thankfully weren’t in the car, I was fine, and the guy that hit me had insurance so, overall, not that bad. I had to get a new rear bumper and while my car was in the shop Samantha’s dream came true and we got a car with a sliding door, aka a minivan!!

I can’t say I was pumped about cruising around in a minivan but, I gotta admit, that push button sliding door is pretty nice!! Samantha LOVED it!

Sadly (for some) we only had the car two days.

Back to regularly scheduled SUV programming now!

Over the weekend we took the kids to Kobe for the first time. Some liked the food more than others, but they all liked the show…especially the onion volcano!
