Friday!!
TGIF!
See you next week!
Already Thursday? We’re zooming through the week!
See you tomorrow!
We all had fun plans this past Saturday! Somehow we ended with no games so we took advantage. Samantha headed off to Tuscaloosa with a friend to watch the Tide from a box! She’s living right!
The boys went dove hunting with Ronnie and even brought home a few birds!
Maxwell got to shoot with Daddo’s old gun. Pretty cool!
I played in a very much just for fun golf couples scramble.
Since Robert was hunting, one of our golf pros, Susan, stepped in to be my partner!
A fun and busy day for all!
In 6th grade the kids all sign up – well, the parents sign the kids up! – to do “ballroom”. I’m not exactly sure what all goes on but they learn some etiquette, a few dances, and basically how to be a gentleman or a lady! Needless to say, the boys get really excited about it! ha! Despite their groans, I actually think these boys had fun with their first ballroom experience. They liked getting dressed up and liked the social part of it all! Maxwell looked especially nice!
We had the boys from Maxwell’s school over to our house before for some Chick-Fil-A and pictures…
They were quite the crew!
There was no ketchup allowed and clear Gatorade or Sprite only!
Trying to get them to pose…
Success! So handsome!
I do think this one was the most handsome of all!
We took them up to Steeple Arts and they met up with all of the other 8:15 group…
After they went inside the moms grabbed some food. When it was over, we were all waiting outside because they walk out in pairs and have to stop and smile! Look at that handsome boy with his cute escort!
A 6th grade rite of passage!
Hope these boys can make it through the next 8 weeks!
Picture day was last week…say cheese!
6th graders have to go all out for their composite pic! Looking sharp!
